It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnic origin, religion, sex, disability, and other basis prohibited by law in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other center-administered programs.

Since the beginning of its programs, ECAE has provided need-based financial aid. If cost is a barrier to participating in ECAE programs, please contact ECAE for information on how to obtain partial or full waivers of class fees and other forms of financial aid. ECAE is a nonprofit organization and is founded to help all members of the community who can benefit from its services.
